Two fascinating interactives exploring Pearse's legacy and his connection with Connemara, the area's unique landscape and history, and the ancient Gaelic culture and language which thrives to this day.
A relatively tight turnaround project, working with the interactive production team and designers at Centre Screen, MKI took the assets and designs and delivered responsive and dynamic interactives, adjustable remotely via a simple user interface controlling various elements of the experience.
A fascinating subject, with great designs from Centre Screen and development work from MKI, tested vigorously, even in Gaelic!
The exhibition features touchscreen panels, where visitors can access HD video and articles about this engaging character. An interactive timeline contextualises Pearse's work, and for the kids some light-hearted mini-games and activities to play, focused on the Gaelic language. The work was produced on the Unity gaming platform and tested rigorously across both English and Gaelic languages, all content, navigation and functionality.
